Quickstart
Produce your first contract in Pactmint in under five minutes.
This walkthrough covers the shortest path: sign in, create a project, and generate your first contract from a Format.
Sign in
Sign in with email or Google. First-time users see a short welcome question — it personalizes the experience and does not affect billing.
Create your first project
From Home, click New project. A project groups every document and signer for the same agreement (e.g. "Services contract — Client X").
Pick a Format
Open Template library and pick a Format. Formats are Pactmint-curated legal templates for Mexico: lease, services agreement, NDA, and more.
If your firm already has a base contract, save it as a Master via Library → My Masters → Import instead. Pactmint extracts the structure and editable fields automatically.
Fill the placeholders
Each Format ships with smart placeholders (highlighted in the
document). The AI Assistant on the right detects them and walks
you through them in order. Confirm each value with Enter.
Export or sign
From the topbar you can:
- Export to PDF or DOCX.
- Send for e-signature via public link or email.
