Formats are templates Pactmint keeps current with Mexican legal practice. Every Format includes:
- Smart placeholders already configured.
- Optional clauses you can toggle on or off.
- Usage notes visible only while editing (they don't show in the final document).
- Its parties already defined (e.g. Landlord and Tenant, or Donor and Donee), ready to manage and sign.
Available catalog
The catalog is in constant growth: we add new Formats and revise the existing ones as Mexican law changes. The list inside the app is always the source of truth; at the time of writing it includes:

Every Format is grounded in the applicable law and reviewed for the Mexican market; each template's usage notes cite the articles it relies on.
New: Family donation
The Family Donation Agreement (Direct Line) Format documents money donations between ascendants and descendants (parents to children) to evidence the lawful origin of deposits and transfers and justify their income-tax (ISR) exemption before the SAT. It supports a one-time gift or recurring contributions. Because it is tax-sensitive, always review it with an accountant or tax attorney before signing; large amounts may require a notarized public deed.
Start a contract from a Format
- Open Library → Formats.
- Filter by category (Lease, Services, NDA, Labor, Family, etc.).
- Click Use Format and pick the destination project.
