Masters

A Master is a private template that belongs to your org and that you can reuse across projects. It's the right choice when your firm already has a base contract that must be preserved.

Create a Master

Three paths:

Save an existing contract as Master from ⋯ → Save as Master inside the editor.
Import a DOCX or PDF from Library → My Masters → Import (see Import a document).
Duplicate a Pactmint Format and adapt it.

Management

Edit fields, clauses, and placeholders at any time.
Share with your team via role-based permissions.
Auto-versioned: every save retains the previous version for 90 days.

Masters are private per organization. Pactmint never uses them to train models or exposes them outside your account.
